We focused on transforming Bob’s Mobile Shop’s Instagram into a visually appealing and informative platform. Our team designed high-quality carousel posts and eye-catching Reels to showcase product features, such as wireless chargers and phone cases. Weekly Instagram Stories included interactive elements like polls, Q&A sessions, and countdowns for upcoming promotions, driving higher follower engagement. To ensure consistency, we posted three times a week and used trending hashtags to amplify reach. Over time, the account became a go-to resource for mobile accessories and tech-savvy tips.
For Facebook, we crafted hyper-targeted ad campaigns based on detailed audience segmentation, including age, location, and interests related to mobile technology. These campaigns promoted limited-time offers, such as “Buy One, Get One Free” deals and free shipping on orders above a specific threshold. We also launched dynamic retargeting ads to re-engage users who visited the e-commerce site but didn’t make a purchase. This approach not only increased click-through rates but also drove a significant uplift in conversions.
Recognizing TikTok’s potential to reach younger, tech-savvy customers, we created entertaining and relatable short-form videos featuring Bob’s products. These included unboxing videos, creative demonstrations of quirky accessories, and participation in trending challenges. We collaborated with micro-influencers in the tech and gadget niche to further expand the shop’s reach. The playful and authentic content resonated well with the audience, leading to several viral posts and a surge in followers, as well as direct website traffic.
To build trust and foster a sense of community, we launched a UGC campaign encouraging Bob’s Mobile Shop customers to share photos and videos of their purchases in action. We created a branded hashtag, #BobsBestBuys, and incentivized participation by featuring customer posts on the shop’s official social media accounts and offering discounts for the most creative submissions. This campaign not only increased engagement but also provided authentic content that showcased the products in real-life scenarios, helping to drive credibility and inspire new customers to make purchases.

THE RESULTS WE ACHIEVED
Over the course of 12 months, Bob’s Mobile Shop experienced a 250% increase in online sales, driven by a combination of targeted ad campaigns and a consistent social media strategy. This growth was fueled by an influx of new customers from Instagram and TikTok, as well as retargeted visitors who were effectively converted into paying customers.
Social media engagement rates skyrocketed from a modest 2.5% to an impressive 8.9%, with posts regularly garnering likes, shares, and comments from an active and growing audience. The use of interactive content, such as Stories, polls, and user-generated campaigns, played a pivotal role in keeping the audience engaged and invested in the brand.
Social-driven traffic to Bob’s e-commerce website grew by 175%, with a notable increase in repeat visitors.
